How We Use Your Information

To provide ERP services, process transactions, send receipts/estimates, follow up on business inquiries, and send appointment reminders via email and SMS (with your consent).

SMS/Text Messages

Phone numbers provided with SMS consent may receive automated messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers (Telnyx, Twilio, Stripe, Sentry, Apple APNs, Google FCM) necessary for platform operation.

Mobile App (iOS / Android)

When you use the POG ERP mobile app, additional data may be collected or processed on your device:

The mobile app does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use the IDFA. We do not sell mobile data.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → My Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Any associated company subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. To request deletion via email, contact management@potomacops.com.

We use encryption, access controls, and secure hosting to protect your data.
